What battery does the product use?

It uses a high-quality LFP battery.

How do i know if the product is charging?

When it's charging, the remaining charging time will be shown on the LCD Screen. Meanwhile, the cahrging indicator icon begins to rotate with the remaining battery percentage and the input power shown on the right of the circle.

How do i clean the product?

Please gently wipe it with a dry, soft, clean cloth or paper towel.

How do i store the product?

Before storing, please turn off the product first, and then store it in a dry, ventilated place at room temperature. Do not place it near water resources . For long-term storage, please discharge and recharge the product every three months to extend its battery life,

Can i take teh product on a plane?

No.

How do i get the most solar power?

Increase the efficiency of your solar panel by facing it directly at the sun without any obstruction. Remember to be careful when handling your solar panel because damaged cells provide less power.

Does it charge it it's inside?

Yes, if the only thing between it and the sun is transparent, but it won’t charge as well compared to being outside. You can compare the difference by looking at the input section of your power station’s LCD screen.
